We are thrilled to have the opportunity to remodel this wonderful Prohibition-era home with KJB Homes, just one block away from Lake Hiawatha in the Ericsson neighborhood.
We are excited to remodel the interior of the home, taking care to restore the home to it's former glory and maintain the original charm as much as possible. Watch for a full kitchen remodel, addition of the bathroom in the upper level to form a primary suite, and refinishing of vintage hardwoods throughout.
