We are thrilled to have the opportunity to remodel this wonderful Prohibition-era home with KJB Homes, just one block away from Lake Hiawatha in the Ericsson neighborhood.
We were honored to be entrusted by a lovely local family who grew up here to remodel the interior of the home. We took care to restore the home to it's former glory and maintained the original charm as much as possible. Note the full kitchen remodel, addition of the bathroom in the upper level to form a primary suite, refinishing of vintage hardwoods throughout, and stylish finishes of high quality like "Gatsby" sconce lighting to highlight the glamour of the age.
